Refund & Replacement Policy – Tulani Designs
Order & Payment

All orders are prepaid only.

100% advance payment is required.

Delivery

Frames will be delivered within 1 week or more, depending on customer inputs.

Delivery date may vary based on customization, photo submission, and shipping location.

Return / Replacement

Damaged Frames: If the frame reaches you in a damaged condition, we will replace it with a new one.

No Refunds: Refunds are not available under any circumstances. Only replacements for defective or damaged products will be provided.

Customer Handling: Damages caused due to mishandling, negligence, or improper usage at the customer’s end are not covered.

Packaging: Please inspect frames upon delivery. Any damage due to improper packing on your side will not be eligible for replacement.

Provide your order number, full name, phone number, and photo of the damaged frame.

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement frame delivery.
