Shipping Policy – Tulani Designs

At Tulani Designs, we aim to deliver your custom photo frames safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed only after 100% advance payment is received.

Processing begins once customer inputs (photos, customization details, approvals) are provided.

Standard order preparation & dispatch time is 7–10 business days.

For bulk or highly customized orders, additional time may be required. Customers will be informed in such cases.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are additional and will be calculated at checkout based on delivery location and package weight/size.

Free Shipping is available only on orders above ₹1499 (if applicable as per current offers).

3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days, depending on:

Customer’s customization inputs (photo approval/design confirmation).

Delivery location (urban vs. remote areas).

Delays may occur due to courier partner issues, unforeseen circumstances, or incorrect addresses. Tulani Designs is not responsible for such delays but will provide tracking assistance.

4. Shipping Method

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure safe delivery across India.

A tracking ID will be shared via email/WhatsApp once the order is dispatched.

Customers can track their orders directly on the courier partner’s website.

5. Packaging & Safety

All frames are packed securely with multiple protective layers to avoid damage during transit.

Despite our best efforts, if the product is damaged upon arrival, our Replacement Policy will apply (no refunds, only replacement).

6. Address & Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If the order is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, additional re-shipping charges will apply.

If the courier partner marks the package as “delivered” but the customer does not receive it, customers must raise the issue with the courier service. Tulani Designs will provide full support in such cases.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

All orders are Prepaid Only via UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, or Wallets.
